Composite Under Fence Plinth 2.4m
A lightweight composite plinth that closes the gap under a Colorbond or timber fence, keeping soil, mulch and pets on the right side. It is 2400mm long, 200mm high and 50mm thick, fits standard fence post channels, and won't rot, rust or crack. Much lighter than concrete, at about 7.7kg, so one person can handle it. Available in Light Grey, Graphite, Woodland Grey, Heritage Green and Paperbark. Not for retaining soil.

How many: one under fence plinth per 2.4m fence bay.
Fitting: slide the plinth into the channels of the fence posts at ground level before fitting the fence sheets.
Colours: Light Grey, Graphite, Woodland Grey, Heritage Green or Paperbark. Woodland Grey and Paperbark are matched to the Colorbond colours.
Not for retaining: a plinth holds back a small lip of soil only. Where the ground level differs by more than the plinth height, build a retaining wall.
Supplier range: supplied as the EcoSleeper FRP range.

Can a composite under fence plinth retain soil?
No. A composite under fence plinth is made to close the gap under a fence, not to retain soil. For retaining walls, use sleepers and posts designed for the load.
