Ag Pipe
Slotted corrugated drainage pipe for the base of a retaining wall. It collects water from the gravel behind the wall and carries it away, taking pressure off the wall. Choose socked pipe, with a fabric filter sleeve, or unsocked slotted pipe for use inside a geofabric-wrapped drain. Available in 65mm and 100mm diameters, in 20m or 50m coils.

Socked or unsocked: socked pipe keeps fines out on its own. Unsocked pipe is used where the whole gravel drain is wrapped in geofabric.
How much: run it the full length of the wall, with an outlet at least every 30m to a stormwater point or a safe discharge area.
Also order: geofabric and drainage gravel.

Simple delivery.
For very small items we use Australia Post. For all other items that cannot be sent by Australia Post, we will send via a courier service.

We deliver this product to Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, Redlands, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba and Gympie. Outside these areas, freight is confirmed with you before payment.

Why do I need ag pipe behind a retaining wall?
Water is the main cause of wall failure. Ag pipe at the base of the wall collects water from the gravel behind it and carries it away, taking pressure off the wall. Wrapped in geofabric and surrounded by free-draining gravel, it keeps soil fines from clogging the drain.
How much ag pipe do I need for a retaining wall?
Run ag pipe the full length of the wall, with an outlet at least every 30m to a stormwater point or a safe discharge area. Choose 20m or 50m coils to suit the length of your wall.
Should I use socked or slotted ag pipe?
Socked ag pipe has a fabric sleeve that filters soil, so use it where the backfill has fines. Slotted ag pipe without a sock is used where the whole gravel drain is wrapped in geofabric.
Can ag pipe ship with my sleepers?
Yes. Add it to the same quote and it travels on the same truck. Order geofabric and drainage gravel with it.
