Trade accounts

If you work for a builder, contractor or construction company, a Jobsite Direct trade account gives you trade pricing below retail on retaining wall and construction supplies, delivered to site across South East Queensland.

Who can apply

Trade accounts are for people working for a verifiable building or construction business. When you apply, we'll ask for:

• your business name and ABN
• your name and role
• your business email address (not a personal email)
• your phone number, business address and website, if you have one
• a trade reference.

We check every application, and we'll let you know the outcome by email.

Payment terms

• Full payment is required before delivery or pick up, unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
• For established customers, we may offer credit terms. These are subject to a credit check and our written approval.
• Credit checks are carried out through CreditorWatch, with your consent. See our Privacy policy.

If you have credit terms

• Invoices must be paid by the due date shown on the invoice.
• Interest of 10% per year may be charged on overdue amounts.
• If an account stays overdue, we may suspend it and require payment before any further orders.
• We may report overdue amounts to CreditorWatch after giving you written notice. This may affect your business's ability to get credit in future.

Pricing and quotes

• Trade prices depend on the products, quantities and delivery details, and can change.
• Quotes are valid for 14 days. Freight is confirmed on every order or quote.

The fine print

Trade accounts are covered by our Terms and conditions and policies, including our Shipping, Returns and refunds and Warranty policies. We may decline an application, or change or close a trade account, at our discretion.
