Delivery coverage

We deliver retaining wall and construction supplies across South East Queensland and selected regional areas, with freight priced instantly online for most addresses. For anywhere else, or for orders that need special handling, we'll quote your freight before you pay for it.

Check your postcode first

• Enter your postcode (and suburb, if asked) in the bar at the top of the site.
• Delivery available: freight is calculated in your cart and at checkout.
• Quote only: we don't have a standard rate to your area yet. Add products to a quote and we'll come back to you with a delivered price.

Where we have standard rates

• Brisbane (including North Brisbane and Brisbane Southside), Ipswich, Logan, Redlands and Moreton Bay (including North Lakes)
• Gold Coast (including Coomera) and Sunshine Coast (including Caloundra)
• Toowoomba
• Selected regional Queensland and northern NSW areas, for some products

How we calculate your freight

Your delivery price is worked out from four things:

• Where it's coming from. Your order is supplied from the closest and most practical depot that stocks your items.
• Where it's going. Rates are set by suburb, based on distance and drive time from the depot. One postcode can cover suburbs with different rates, so we may ask you to choose your suburb.
• How much it weighs. Heavy goods are priced by total weight. Each truck has a maximum load, so very large orders may need more than one truck, and each truck is charged.
• How it's delivered:
  • Small parcels (25 kg or less): sent by Australia Post or courier. We'll choose the most practical option for your order.
  • Truck delivery: for everything else. Most trucks carry their own unloading equipment (a crane or truck-mounted forklift), so you usually don't need a forklift on site.
  • Steel delivered early: on steel products you can choose to have your posts delivered ahead of your sleepers. This is a separate delivery with its own charge.

All freight prices include GST.

Pick up

• Pick up is free. Choose Pick up instead of delivery in your cart.
• We hold stock in North, South and West Brisbane, and we'll confirm your pick-up location after you order.
• When you pick up, you must wear PPE and follow the pick-up site's safety rules.
• Your vehicle must be load rated and carry rated tie-down straps.
• You'll need a machine to unload at your end, such as a forklift, crane truck, Franna, HIAB, telehandler or Moffett truck. It's your responsibility to make sure your unloading equipment is rated for the weight of your goods.

When freight shows "POA"

You'll see Freight POA (price on application) when:

• your address is outside our standard rate areas
• your order is too heavy for our standard truck rates
• your order includes items that come from more than one depot
• a small parcel order is going outside a metro area.

You can still request a quote or check out. We'll quote your freight within 1 to 2 hours during business hours (7am to 6pm), and only charge it once you've approved it.

We review every order

Every order and quote is checked by our team before it's placed with a depot. We look for:

• the closest and most practical depot that can supply your products
• the best overall price, including freight
• the timeframe you need.

What happens next depends on what we find:

• Freight costs less than you paid: we'll refund the difference.
• Freight costs more than you paid: for example because of site access, we'll contact you before anything is dispatched. You can agree the new price, or cancel for a full refund.
• We can't meet your timeframe or delivery requirements: we'll tell you before dispatch, and you can cancel for a full refund.

What can change your delivery charge

Freight rates are set by our transport partners and can change. The price confirmed in your order or quote is the price you pay unless something about the delivery changes. Extra charges can apply for:

• Restricted site access: trucks are about 2.5 m wide and need firm, clear access. Narrow gates, soft ground, steep driveways, low trees or overhead powerlines can all stop a delivery.
• Traffic control: needed in some busy or dense areas.
• Waiting time: if the truck can't unload on arrival.
• Failed or repeat deliveries: wrong address, no access, or nowhere safe to leave the goods.
• Changes after dispatch: a change to the delivery date or address.
• Fuel surcharges: some suppliers add a fuel surcharge to freight, which can change with fuel prices.
• Regional deliveries: fuel levies or long-haul carrier charges may apply.
